DESCRIPTION:Step into the colourful and extraordinary world of Frida Kahlo and spend an afternoon exploring one of the most recognisable artists of the 20th century.\nJoin us at Rooftop Arts for a fun and creative workshop inspired by Frida’s distinctive portraits\, vibrant colours\, Mexican heritage and fascinating use of symbolism. \nThroughout the afternoon\, you’ll be encouraged to draw\, sketch and paint Frida\, exploring her instantly recognisable features and experimenting with flowers\, foliage\, animals\, pattern and symbolism to create your own unique artwork. \nYou don’t need to be an experienced artist – this workshop is suitable for all levels\, including complete beginners. Whether you love drawing\, enjoy painting\, or simply fancy trying something completely different\, you’ll be guided through the process step by step in a relaxed and friendly environment. \nAnd because no Frida-inspired afternoon would be complete without a little Mexican flavour\, we’ll also enjoy a light Mexican-inspired lunch together! \n \nCome and draw\, sketch\, paint and celebrate Frida!  \nWorkshop Details:\nWhen: Saturday 17th October\nTime: 1pm-4pm\nMaterials Provided: All materials and tuition are provided.\nSkill Level: All levels welcome!
