Dinah Kazakoff

Dinah Kazakoff is a visual artist, photographer and designer with over 30 years of experience in the creative arts. Born and raised in Corby, she has built a diverse career that spans both the UK and the United States, developing a rich artistic practice alongside a deep commitment to supporting other artists.

In the United States, Dinah worked at the prestigious Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey. Her photographic work, including portraits of renowned figures such as mathematician John Nash, was widely published in academic and institutional publications. Dinah also had the privilege of collaborating with celebrated artists at the Institute for Advanced Study, including Richard Long and Tom Phillips, among others. She also captured the dynamic life of the Institute’s campus, contributing to its visual legacy.

In addition to her photographic achievements, Dinah spent several years studying under the mentorship of sculptor and artist Pietro del Fabro in Princeton NJ, refining her skills in oil, acrylic, and watercolor painting. Her artistic practice bridges both traditional and contemporary approaches, reflecting her diverse interests and technical expertise.

As the Gallery Director at Rooftop Arts, Dinah plays a central role in shaping the gallery’s exhibitions and programs, while also maintaining an active practice as a resident artist. She is passionate about fostering a space that encourages creative exchange and community engagement, providing a platform for both emerging and established artists to showcase their work. Through her leadership and artistic contributions, she strives to make Rooftop Arts a dynamic hub for innovation, dialogue, and artistic exploration.
