We are thrilled to share some exciting news!
The Rooftop Arts Centre in Corby has been featured in a recent article by the Northants Telegraph. The article highlights our efforts in bringing world-renowned street artist Banksy to Corby as part of our ongoing mission to elevate the cultural profile of our town.
The article, titled “The People Who Brought Banksy to Corby,” discusses how our collaboration with Essex-based Brandler Galleries has made it possible to host the “Steel Nerve” exhibition, which showcases works by Banksy, Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, and other prominent artists. This exhibition is a testament to our commitment to making art accessible to everyone in the community.
Dinah Kazakoff, our Gallery Director, expressed her pride in presenting such a high-caliber exhibition in Corby. She emphasized that our goal is to create a space where the community can connect with the arts and participate in workshops and exhibitions.
We are grateful for the recognition and support from the Northants Telegraph and look forward to continuing our efforts to bring more incredible art to Corby. Stay tuned for more updates and upcoming events at the Rooftop Arts Centre!
